You must cancel or reschedule at least 24hrs in advance. Anything after 24hrs the card on file will be charged 30% of the service booked. If there is an issue with charging the card on file, then you will be sent an invoice for the balance owed. That balance must be paid in order to reschedule or book again.
If you are more than 15min late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be marked as a no show.
No call/no shows will be charged 50% of the service booked. no call/no shows will result in you no longer being able to book with me.
You must have at least 30% of your lashes left on to be considered a fill (you can send me a picture if you're not sure) Anything less than 30% will be charged as a full set. This will be fully discussed before service starts.
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS! If you are not happy with a service please contact me as soon as possible within 72hrs of your appt so we can discuss your concerns.
